Meet the Team

Our launch tutors combine musical expertise with a thoughtful, encouraging approach. Every submission is reviewed by a specialist who understands the demands of performance and the value of clear, constructive feedback.

Each tutor brings years of performance and teaching experience across their instrument family, ensuring feedback is both technically sound and musically sensitive.

Every student deserves feedback that treats their effort seriously — specific enough to act on, encouraging enough to keep going, and always delivered with musical understanding. The IFHub teaching philosophy

How our tutors approach feedback

Instrument-specific

Each tutor only reviews within their specialist area, so feedback reflects real performance knowledge.

Written and spoken

A PDF report gives structure; the audio response adds tone, warmth, and musical nuance.

Clear next steps

Feedback starts with what is working, then gives specific priorities students can take into the next practice session.
