Instrumental Feedback Hub (IFHub) provides recorded-performance feedback for singers and instrumentalists. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website, contact us, create an account, or submit a performance for review.

We may collect your name, email address, account details, order details, payment status, uploaded recording, instrument or voice category, tutor notes, written PDF feedback, audio feedback, and messages you send to us.

We use personal information to provide the service, route submissions to the right tutor, prepare and deliver feedback, manage accounts, answer support messages, process orders, protect the website, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Recordings and tutor access

IFHub may be used by students, parents, guardians, and adult learners. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian should manage the order, account, and privacy requests where appropriate.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on IFHub servers. We may receive and store payment status, order reference, and limited transaction details needed for records and support.
